At the moment, six times in both Black & White. I never battle against the E4 very much, so it's a pretty usual low number of times for me.

I've done it atleast 23 times in White 2 and 114 times in Black but in black it is so much easier.

I've only beaten it 3 times. Most of the time I just go through as many as I can without any items, making up for the lost money with the profit I make off of the other Elite Four. Since I'm not using items, it's pretty difficult to get to the champion.
Here's my team:
Hydriegon (he's at level 90 and he's a beast)
Serperior
Carracosta
Lucario
Espeon
Galvantula (sometimes I'll replace him with a different Pokemon holding an EXP Share)

I haven't beaten it in White 2 but I beat it once in White.

In Emerald though I beat it over a hundred times (Not joking)

For my team, I get a Rayquaza and a Registeel plus a random assortment of other pokemon.

My Rayquaza uses outrage then heals his confusion with a berry and rinses and repeats. My Registeel just earthquakes and expodes on pokemon. Then after every battle I use revives, full heals and eithers
