how much do deoxys need to have in speed in LF to be flawless?

In Fire Deoxys base speed is 150 and in Leaf is base speed is 90 so you'll have to tell which game you're talking about.

OK, sry for my misunderstanding... but LF is usually read Leaf/Fire, like RSE (Ru/Sa/Em)

But Defense Deoxys isn't supposed to be speedy exactly. It's supposed to take hits and not deal them. This is also strenghted by the fact that Def Deoxys has low base attacks. My advice to you is too have a friend catch Deoxys on their Fire Red/Emerald and then trade it over to you (As far as i know, the stats will stay the same although the shape will change)

So basically you raise the level of Deoxys and its speed will go very high. So is it possilbe for Deoxys to have all its stats in the 250.
