How much usually do you have to run to find snorunt? (emerald)

Because I've been running around for a half an hour in the icy room and I still can't find it. Is there any specific place where you have to catch it?

There is no specific place that you need to look for Snorunt, as long as you are in the Icy room in the Shoal Cave. It can take a little while to find them though, they aren't the most common Pokémon around.

Yes! Finally, after 1 hour and 10 minutes of running. I finally found snorunt

I found one just when I entered, three steps down and... tada, "wild Snorunt appeared, what will Espeon do?"
I think it isn't that common in the cave. Because after the first one I saw, only one after that appeared after 20 minutes.

My friend traded me a zangoose for a snorunt cause he didn't want to go throug h the trouble , (I have emerald and you can't get zangose)

Snorunt wasn't that hard for me to find. Took me just about 10-15 minutes.

i didn't know snowrunts were in there... i thought that they were traded from ruby.(i had sapphire at the time) but then, snorunt appeared!!;170;;171;
