A lot of the companies that would purchase it would be advertising and porn companies. I have an ethical responsibility that if I do sell it, it would not be to people such as that.

I'm sure someone would even pay some good money just to advertise on this site. I know I would.

It gives a lot of useful info on upcoming episdoes and games, and it gives people a place to go and have a chat, make new friends and challenge people from all over the world to pokemon battles.

Seriously speaking, when a company takes over a current site, they take a 10 to 20-year outlook, not just 5-10 years. That's why I quoted the above. Ask Google/Microsoft/Yahoo.

Probably. But if another Pokemon site were to buy over SPP (and SPPf) they would have to pay for the labour over the 9 years. Therefore, I get what Dawn's Paul is saying, but I think it would be true if some other fella comes along to take over.
