How old could Dento be?

He can't be below 18 since i think there are now waiters/sommeliers below 18 years old?

The Pokemon World is much different from the world we live in. We've seen children about Ash's age working in various places. Ash himself has worked and he is just ten years old. I guess the " working age " in the Pokemon World would be about the same as the age where you can acquire Pokemon (10), so Dento could potentially be quite young.

I'd say he's about 15, though.

14-15, he's definately not 10 (he's taller than Ash) and he's too short/looks too young to be 18.

I think he's 13-15. He looks more mature than Ash, so it's my guess, however that's not confirmed.

If you look at some of the pictures from the anime (like the scene where Pikachu is wearing Ash's hat, or when Dento is saying he's a sommelier while carrying that messenger/grocery bag) you can see he's about the same height as Brock, if not a little shorter. (Though in his artwork he does look the same height as Iris lol it tricked me for a while )

doesnt matter we wont see any actual development; therefore his age does not truly matter. not like they would let someone too old travel with ash anyway.

Who said the narrator said he was 15? I've never heard that one. I think Dento will be Brock's age or a year younger. It'd be intresting if he was the same age as Ash.

I have to think in his mid 20's. Of course, with my views of Cilan, that would mean that a gay, twenty something year old man is traveling with an eleven year old girl and a ten year old boy who appears to be mostly asexual.
