how rare is snorlax

i spent ages on each floor snorlax appears yesterday and never saw one then i got blown off by something so can someone tell me how rare it is plese

I usually only found him once every floor, sometimes none on a floor but have a friend ribbon cause he is hard to recruit sometimes, and a strong poke cause he killed my level 40 shelgon in 2 go's. I got one after much difficulty though.

On floor 11 they have a 1.47% of appearing
On floor 12 - 13 they have a 1.51% of appearing
On floor 14 they have a 1.53% of appearing

They come at Level 25. Snorlax's recruit rate is 2%.
