What's the condition and is it first edition or not?

A mint 1st ed. Shining Gyarados(Revelations) will go for $25-$35 on E-bay.

A mint unlimited edition Shiny Gyarados will go for about $5-$10.

The card will say 1st edition on it if it is a first edition.
