How to evolve Feebas into Milotic?

In my Emerald game, I tried my Feebas to evolve into Milotic. But I don't have the Pokeblocks, so how to find them and how to evolve my Feebas into Milotic?

This is in the wrong place, but you should talk to the berry giving people until you get a lucky one that raises beuty.

it's beauty isn't high enough, you have to ONLY use GOOD pokeblocks.

I use pokeblocs of Chesto Berry, and says she's beauty is maxed. And I don't have another berry to make Blue Pokeblocs

kelpsy berries will do or hondew berries( or better ones higher number), but be sure to save always before tou're using pokeblocks, and don't save till you know it has the potential to become milotic or already is milotic
