how to gain the PKRS on D/P?

well i dont know about D and P but on R and S there was a route...I think like...125...or something.. but there may be a place in D and P i dont know.

yeah route 117 my fav. spot to train in Esmerald version there was a super high chance to get it there

Gaining Pokerus in those games is just the same as it is in the others. Either get lucky enough to battle a wild Pokemon that has it, or trade for one. it's that simple.

Maybe the people YOU trade with, lol. I mainly trade with friends. Besides, I didn't need to trade for Pokerus, because I'd gotten it on a couple of my GBA games anyway. There's also that.

How do I know that my pokemon has PKRS? Because I remember that the nurse told me that one of my pokemon have it, but I don't know which one

Just look at their summary.
They will have a little purple box with PKRS in it.

Or they will have a little smiling face near the pokemon's image.

P.S.If they do have the smiling face, the PKRS is not contagious anymore.
