How to get all of the legendary pokemon.

Welcome, this is where you may post anything you know about how to get any of the legendary pokemon.

The legendary pokemon are as follows:
Mewtwo
Mew
Articuno
Moltres
Zapdos
Raikou
Entei
Suicune
Celebi
Lugia
Ho-oh
Rayquaza
Groudon
Kyogre
Latias
Latios
Deoxys
Jirachi


All these pokemon may be obtained by cheating devices.

This is as much as i know as how to get these pokemon without cheating devices:
Mewtwo:In Cerulean Cave on bottom floor after having beaten the elite four and gotten the ruby for Celio in FR/LG
Mew:Japanese Nintendo Event, Go to Faraway Island (a.k.a. Guyana, South America), and Mew will play hide-and-seek with you. When you get close enough to it, you can battle Mew at level 30. This is only available in Japan.
Zapdos:In the power plant, south of entrance to rock tunnel in FR/LG, or in XD
Articuno:Seafoam Islands in FR/LG, or in XD
Moltres:Mt. Ember Summit,north of One Island in FR/LG, or in XD
Raikou: must have original starter as squirtle,beaten elite four,and obtained national pokedex. appears in wild in kanto(doesn't include Sevii Islands) in FR/LG,or in Colloseum
Suicune:same way as Raikou, but must have original starter as charmander in FR/LG, or in Colloseum.
Entei:same way as Raikou, but must have original starter as bulbasaur in FR/LG, or in Colloseum.
Celebiurify all pokemon in Japanese version Colloseum and Bonus disk. go to the JAA,or Celebi Glitch(this is a possibility).
Ho-ohurify all pokemon in Colloseum and defeat all 100 trainers in battle mode, or Nintendo Event and on E/FR/LG go to Navel Rock.
Lugia:XD Gale of Darkness capture with masterball, go to Navel Rock(same way as Ho-oh)
Rayquaza: Sky pillar top in E/R/S
Kyogre: Cave of origin in S, or Marine Cave in E
Groudon: Cave of origin in R, or Terra Cave in E
Latias:randomly met in Sapphire,get Eon ticket in Ruby and go to its island,in Emerald when ur mom asks u what color the pokemon was say RED(this is after beating the elite four).
Latios:randomly met in Ruby, get Eon ticket in Sapphire and go to its island, in Emerald say the color was BLUE.
Deoxys: Go to Birth Island. In the middle, there is a triangular stone which you need to move quickly before the game will restart. When it turns red, you can encounter, battle, and possible catch Deoxys if you're lucky enough.
Jirachi:same way as Celebi except it must be American version Colloseum and Bonus disk. or on a PAL version of Pokemon Channel(bought in Europe)

Hope you guys like this forum. I will only add info to this list if you can show me proof of how you got it.

Plz do not post fake ways such as like u have to release Mewtwo right after u catch it to get Celebi or anything like that.

Plz correct me if any of those possibilities are incorrect.

Well, in Main site´s pokédex has the location of all the pokémon... and you forgot:

Articuno/Zapdos/Moltres: XD
Raikou/Suicune/Entei: Colosseum
Goundon is in Terra Cave (emerald)

yea well many people dont know much about that pokedex and this is the voice of the people.

Jirachi is not obtained by the Japanese Colo bonus disk it is the American one.

Celebi is obtained by going to a JAA event in the USA or the Japanese Colo bonus disk.

I honestly think that this should be in the General Pokémon Discussion since it involves Pokémon obtainable OUTSIDE of Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. But, I'll post for the sake of it all.

Kyorge-first try in Sapphire in ultra ball, in Emeral-kinda hard to catch, I use Master ball after many turnes
Raquaza-I kill it on Emerald, Sapphire-Master ball
Lugia-XD-Master Ball
Latias-1 hour-lot of ultra balls, finally I catch it with timer ball
Latios-some way Latias
Regi/Ice/Steel/Rock-timer balls after 20 turns
