How to get Hidden Power ( Rock ) on Sceptile

Reason why I choose to use Rock as my hidden power for sceptile is because it help to deal with 4 out of 5 sceptile weaknesses .

But how do I get them , I read the serebii guide , but I am very confuse and dun even know what the hell is it talking about .

it all depends on it's nature, and possible other things, but i'm not the major expert here... even tho i am quite knowledgable. when it comes to EVs and Hidden Power types, i'm close to useless. Although i'm pretty sure it has to do with natures, i'd wait for another user to confirm this.

Hidden Power depends on the Pokemon's IVs. You should breed Treeckos until you get one with HP Rock.

It has NOTHING to do with natures. It's about the Iv's. All you can do is breed until you get one with HP Rock.
NOTE: to find out which HP your Pokemon has, use the HP against a Keckleon and it's type will change to the type of your Pokemon's HP

Yes I have a Dodrio with Hidden Power Ground, but what does this question has to do with te topic?

Yes. But it is only useful on things that have very limited movepools. (Also, HP on sceptile isn't good BTW.)
And you still have to hope that you get the right power.
So basically, don't really use Hidden Power in-game.

Use dragon claw if you must have a dragon move. More powerful and MUCH MUCH easier to get.

Well , my sceptile are destinated to learning HP ( Fighting ) , cause anyway he can learn fighting type moves through TM .....

I agree, it doesn'e matter how off i am, that is no reason to spam. but now that i'm awake, i've picked it's moves; T Punch, Dragon Claw, Leaf Blade, Leech Seed/Substitute (prolly sub.)

What are you talking about? HP Ice on Sceptile walks all over Salamence and dragons and such.

My favorite set is Leech Seed/Subs/HP Ice/Leaf Blade.

Though for ingame, its WAY better to use Thunderpunch b/c breeding for a good HP is ridiculous.
