How to get Pamtre berries ?

Hondew is the next best berry (Pamtre being the best) to increase beauty. You can get Pamtre Berries by going to the Berry Master's wife and telling her the phrase "Challenge Contest" (the word "contest" appears after you beat the Elite Four). Just so you know, you can only get one Pamtre Berry this way.

I've always found Cornn berries to be better, since they reach a higher level Pokeblock than Hondew do.

You can use any berries to try and max out Feebas' beauty, but Hondew, Cornn and Kelpsy should be the lowest ones you use. A good way to tell is to feed it a few Pokeblocks and go see the chairman of the Pokemon Fan Club in Slateport. If he gives you the Blue Scarf upon seeing your Feebas, you're close. If you've already received the scarf (I don't know if you can get it twice), then just give it as many Pokeblocks as it can eat that are level 23 or above and there shouldn't be any problems.

The chairman only gives you the Blue Scarf if you maxed out the Beauty stat.
