how to get soothe bell in emerald?

i really need its location, becuse i need to evolve a chansey to blissey before lv 50 and make a beldum like me very much on lv 50 (its lv 5 currently, also chansey)

please help

Well as far as I know in sapphire,you get it in slateport at the pokemon fan club. Put any pokemon who loves you at the top of the list and talk to the woman at the far wall. She should give you the soothe bell. I'm not sure if its the same in emerald but i presume so.

Uh, Chansey should be able to evolve before level 50. I elvolved one just 2 days ago at level 20-odd and that's without the bell.

my chansey evolved into a blissey in level 11 without give it soothe bell, I just gave she the vitamins (Iron and HP up)

I hate it, but I forgot where I got it from...but the lady in Slateport sounds about right.

Yes, there. I evolved my Blissey at Lvl. 42. It was so frustrating going on with and without the Bell and winning battles and leving her up, only to find her not evolving, until Lvl. 42. However, I did the same with Golbat and it evolved at Lvl. 31! Proof that traded Pokémon like you less.

Go to Slateport, than to the Fan club place (under the Nickname Changing person's house and the Slateport Market place) go up to the top. There's a lady, bring a pokemon that likes you than the women will give you a soothe bell.
