How to know which is HP of my Pokemon. When i give tm hidden power to my Pokemon, I want know which is that hidden power

Try to use the IV Calculator found at serebii.net, or fight a Kecleon and see what type it changes to...that seems to be an easy way.

You can go into the grass/water/caves and use it on wild Pokemon to see if it's super effective or not.

There are two options.

2. Fight random Pokémons and see if Hidden Power is super-effective or not. You won't know the power though.

As people have already put... you have three choices.

1) Process of elimination... and my favourite as I like to find out for myself. Fight random Pokemon and check their effectiveness.

2) Serebii's IV calculator. Not only will it give the IVs of your Pokemon, but their Hidden Power type AND base damage.

3) Whipping Kecleons butt and seeing what type he changes too. The best one is the one owned by Beauty Jessica in route 121.

iv caclulator says my Hidden Power of Typhlosion lv100 is Electric. Now, I surfed and saw tentacool. shoot with HP and its not very effectice. i try process elimination, but I don't know which is my HP, but anyway thanks about Keckleons. Thank you all

The same thing with me.
I use IV calculator on serebii.net and it say it's water HP.
I try to battle vulpix and the shoot was't very effective.
How is this possible???

As for me, I don't use Hidden Power. I have it on a Pokemon, but it's in the box, and I hardly use it. So, I can't tell ya :-/

no. I try with oddish-normal effective
try with poochyena,zubat,abra,spinda-normal effective
try with numel-not very effective
