how will trading betwen R/S/E and D/P could happen?

in the wifi discussion, they say that you will could trade between the 3rd gen games, and D/P (or atleast they think), IF a nintendo DS cant trade with sp or gba now, how can it then be possible???

There's a little slot underneath the DS for GBA games. The Mysterious Dungeon games proved that it can be done through there.

k, i did think so after i found out i could connect my advance wars nr. 1 game to my ds game with that slot.. (so i could buy a special thing..)
