I don't see anything wrong with it, apart from maybe the Adamant CBmence (because it's weakening Fire Blast, although I'm not sure about any of this, and it probably OHKOs Skarmory anyway) and Thunderbolt>Thunder on Jirachi.

In general, Swampert counters Gengar. Gengar isn't switching in on a Hydro Pump/Surf or even Ice Beam anyway so it is not really a counter. Besides, if Gengar ever switches into Swampert, I'd fear the obvious and switch to a Grass resistor.

i'm not really likin the movepool on milotic,
if you want to stall.. why not go for recover... cause marvel scale is nice to have,
and sleep talk only takes advantage of it's terrible attack

Only thing you can do about Cune is to get an Electric-type in there. (Zapdos / Jolteon / Raikou) DDmence isn't scary and is also easily countered by Suicune / Milotic.
