How's my Pikachu revamp sprite?

To the left is the original sprite of a Pikachu from a bootleg game called Pocket Monsters Go! Go! that I found on the internet!

and to the right is my edited version, I revamped by smoothing it out and recolouring it the colours from the Emerald sprite!

What do you think?

Edits: I edited the tail a little to make it even more smooth and the mouth is smoother and the moth and nose is black, I also took the white out of the tails, I fixed the bottom stripes a little, I made the arms a little bit smoother, and I made the ears, the upper body, and the tail even smoother!

So you want no white on the tail, or for me to make the tail darker, but keep the white?

Its good, but it needs more shading. It was well edittied though. The outlines a tad shaky. change the original organgy shade to something else.

Sorry to guestion your grammer, but what does "organgy" mean?

Oh, sorry ^^ I can get a little iffy on my typing when I go fast. What I meant was the orange pixles from the original shading are still there on the outline. Try and use anothe shade, like a dark yellow.

Actually I did, you're just not looking hard enough, I used the colours from Pikachu's emerald sprite, which are yellow, dark yellow, brown, red, white, and black, all are from the emerald sprite, not a SINGLE PIXIL of colour was carried over from the left big Pikachu sprite!
