Hidden Power's types. Like, if your Pokémon has the HP Grass, it means that its Hidden Power is Grass type and does super-effective damage eg. on Fire-type Pokémon.

(Hidden Power= TM10)

Also, the type and power of Hidden Power depend on the IVs of your Pokemon. If you want to figure out what effect HP will have on a Pokemon of yours, use the IV Calculator. I'd have led you to the Smogon IV calculator since the Serebii one has slight programming errors, but the Serebii one is still okay.

It will always be Grass until you delete the move. It can't change unless you delete HP then re-teach it at a different level. That's when the IV configuration changes and, as a result, so does HP.

o_O What?

IVs NEVER change on a Pokemon. A Zubat's IVs at LV 3 will be its same IVs when it's a LV 100 Crobat. Therefore, a Pokemon's HP type will never change, ever.

Nope, it'll always be grass for that pokémon. It may be something else for a different poke, though.
Hint: While testing your HP's type, Kecleon is your friend.

It's been a while...
What if It's a dual-type?

Not sure if I'm understanding your question correctly...

You can't have a dual-type HP, and your Pokemon's HP has nothing to do with the type/s of your Pokemon.
