that means the pokemon has had pokerus, this is what happened after the infection/disease has finished

no that is why the dot appears, just so you know it has had it and has gone

it means that they had pokerus, and sadly you cant get it from it now that it doesnt have it anymore

you need to battle with a poke that has it and it will spread to the pokemon next to it in the party

I'm not sure... But just keep a pokemon with Pokerus in a box, the other pokemon in the box will get it, hopefully it won't fade away...

it wont spread while in the pc, but it also wont go away, so you can keep it there to spread as and when needed

it has a timer of I think 48 hours and if you had it in your party for 40 hours and then put it in your comp then when you take it out it will still have 8 hours to go

If you wish to keep it indefinately on a pokemon... transfer it to fire red or leaf green... those 2 don't have game clocks so it never knows when to leave... however you can't spread the infection there either

yes your pokemon has the pokerus, just keep it inside the box and let it spread when you need help to ev train, of corse you cant do that since now that the virus is gone youll have to find a wild pokemon with the virus so good luck in the future.
