Yes, it is another dreaded Hurt and Heal game. *sigh*

Aaaaanyway... Welcome to the Hurt and Heal: Pokemon Moves! Like any other Hurt and Heal game, as you perobably know, you hurt a move and heal another, this time regarless of the move's PP. Each round will have a separate theme, and you may only vote once in 12 hours (I am being very generous here).

Now, if anybody spams, trolls, flames, or does any other inappropriate things on this thread, or breaks the 12-hour rule, then they will get a strike. Below is the strike system:

1st strike: Warning, expires after 72 hours
2nd strike: Ban for 72 hours, reverts to one strike after ban
