Hurt and Heal: Psuedo Legendaries

So, this is a basic hurt and heal game. For those of you who have no clue what this means:
  1. There are several things
  2. You have to choose one to 'hurt' and one to 'heal'.
  3. When you 'hurt' something, you deduct a point from it.
  4. When you 'heal' something, you give it a point.

Each of the pseudo-legendaries starts with five points, like this.

Dragonite - 5
Tyranitar - 5
Salamence - 5
Metagross - 5
Garchomp - 5
Hydreigon - 5

Tallies will be updated regularly.

So, which ones will you hurt and heal?
