It's been a long time since I've seen a Hurt n' Heal. It's a very simple concept. I am going to announce a few pokemon with 10 HP. You can choose to Hurt one for 2 Damage, Heal one for 2 Damage, or Hurt one for 1 and heal another for 1. You may post once an hour. I chose Team ACT, to see which one every one likes best. Please copy and paste the following to your post to help the topic stay on... well, topic.

I'll start off by Healing Charizard and Hurting Alakazam.
