Hustle Togetic and Magical Leaf/Shock Wave

If I had a Togetic with the Hustle ability and it used Magical Leaf or Shock Wave, is the move still a guarenteed hit?

I'd actually disagree there: STAB doesn't make up for Togetic's abysmal physical attack power...

Any effect applied to lowering the Accuracy of any pokemon (stat-lowering moves, hustle, brightpowder, etc.) will not affect the ff moves [if the pokemon has them]

1. Extremespeed
2. Aerial Ace
3. Shock Wave
4. Faint Attack
5. Magical Leaf
6. Shadow Punch

and any others similar to the 6 moves above.

And yes, Togetic's attack is HORRIBLE.

no. the 99.8% accuracy was done away with. if something has 100 accuracy, it has 100 accuracy. when something has an accuracy of "-", it never misses (unless the opponent is flying/digging/whatever).
