Ok, I see you managed to edit your sig, but there are a few mistakes.

Fist of all, the and the [font] tag need to be closed.
2nd the [font] tag and the are kinda merged together which won't work.
3rd, you put a link between the [IMG] tag, not a picture. That won't work.
Use [URL] tags, if you want to link to a site.
The right code would look like this:
[b][font="Comic Sans MS"][URL=http://eeveeparise.piczo.com]the place for eevee"s arond the wurld[/URL][/font][/b]
[/noparse]
This will be the result:
