I tried to make pixel arts but ended up with this junk.......please gimme some links to good pixel art tutorials..you are also free to rate these...thanks!

Reference>Tutorials IMO.

Look at the originals, that's how I learned at first.
After you can do replicas, move on to personalizing your style.

Just keep trying.
