I'd be careful, the first thing that I thought when I saw that title was "Wow, another stupid n00b topic". It's a good thing that it wasn't one of those. :D

And, technically, it's possible, if you buy a videocard from the late lik-sang, and upload your ruby packet to your computer, convert it to a rom file, modify it with Advanced Map, convert it back, and put it on the new card. Then , you can catch a Jirachi anywhere. :p
