Sleep talk moltolic is based on luck. Either Sleep talk lands on a move you want, another useless against the oppoment or rest. For skarmoury, you might as well replace Drill Pack for Hidden Power flying and roar with whirlwind, in case of soundproof pokemons. No idea for the rest though.

I'd like to note that you have an SDing Celebi and the only thing worth passing to is Dugtrio. Now, Duggy wont take crap so a Bpass to duggy is suicidal. Seeing how it has CB, It's not going far.
