are ivs dvs because i got a sneasel with all above 20 dvs so thats great and its adament awesome plainig to take into dp for a weavile

Hence why it's better to use Colosseum (for the Beasts) and Southern Island (for Lati*s) when you want to get good IVs, because you can easily reset.

Or you can shark, if that's your thing.

that really is bad. made me giggle :)
and yeh, its pretty much just pot luck. theyre set in stone from as soon as you start the game, so it just depends.
