Focus Punch isn't really good ingame. You're better off with Brick Break, or something else.

Breloom (Adamant Nature) @Leftovers:
-Sludge Bomb
-Swords Dance
-Spore
-Sky Uppercut

Poliwrath (Adamant Nature) @Leftovers
-Brick Break
-Swords Dance/Bulk Up (BU if you can't get SD)
-Rock Slide/EQ/Hydro Pump
-Hydro Pump/EQ/Rock Slide

yeah, you use Spore.

Thanks to everyone how suggested the moves
I couldn't find the ones needed for Houndoom
Ampharos but I still beat my freind in a battle
ha ha ha.
