Well, as I was browsing through my old nintendo power magazines, I ran across the first edition of "Nintendo Power Advanced", which was released when the Gameboy Advanced was released, back in 2001. Does anyone know if NPA ever made it past it;s 2nd or 3rd issue?

Ohh, I had that. But not anymore since Hurr. Katrina. ;/

To the point, I don't think so. I could be wrong. I don't quite remember if they only made it that to celebrate the GBA.

It's alright Locke. I've gotten over it now. ><; But thanks for the concern.

I just looked it up, and what I found:

"Nintendo Power started a Game Boy Advanced only magazine called Nintendo Power Advanced. The magazine is quarterly and sells for $14.95. The first issue was sent free to Nintendo Power subscribers."

So it sounds like there were more than one, but nothing about how many there were.

Oh, I remembered that. I still have the first issue that had Castlevania, Super Mario Bros. 2, F-Zero Advanced, and some other games. I remember the other 3 or 4 issues they had, but I never bought them. They cost a bit too much for me back then. I only browsed through them while I was at Wal-Mart. I got the first one for free because I was a Nintendo Power subscriber.

I feel old. ;_;

They had about... 4 issues, I'm pretty sure. The last issue was all about Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World. I only got like, the first 3 issues, they were very helpful to me because I got all the games for Advance and I was Advance-obssesed at the time. I also got the first one for free, but I don't get game magazines anymore, I use the internet for my info. =P

what NP subscribers got it free. I was a subscriber at the time and I never recieved one. Then I didn't bother renewing my account when Nov. came around so I never got an issue of it.
