You forgot to update Kecleon's EVs. 252 Attack/enough for 300 Sp.Defence, rest in HP

There's like no other electric types in NU apart from Plusle and Minun. And Plusle works rather well with SubPetaya.

And NU is quite offensive so I have reason for three CBers.
