Would a Gengar-Alakazam deck with other ghost and psychic type pokemon be a good deck?

Im new to the card game... so I need help.

Well...I would choose only one of those, really, and have another type in the deck besides Psychic. SOmething like Fire or Grass.

If you want a Gengar deck, just buy Shadowquake from the Legend Maker set. That's a fairly basic, but VERY good, deck.
