I am new. I want to know how to make those banners, trainer cards, etc. I just want to know...so I can make one.

Sig Rules tell you how big your banner should be. Stickies in Webmasters and fanart tell you where you can upload. Help sticky tells you how to put it in your sig. Thanks.

If you're on a PC, click Start in the bottom left corner. Then go to Programs (or All Programs). The click Accessories, then click Paint and it will take you in there.

Go to start, then go to All programs. then go over to accessories and click on paint. Hoped that helped ^ ^

Where's my fanfare?
The trainer card tutorial doesn't say how to do it. It just says what to do. Your best bet is to look around in the Fan-art section of the forum. Else, just be patient and someone will come along to help you eventually.
