I have a rediculously easy question.

In order to get Silcoon you need a Wurmple to evolve with it's personality points 4 or lower.
In order to get Cascoon you need a Wurmple to evolve with it's personality points 5 or higher.

My question is, what are personality points and how do I increase them?

Uh... Last time i checked all wurmples have a set ID number seperate from the trainer Number, depending on that is how they evolve Musta had more info found, though I coulda swore it was an ID number

Easy answer:

You can't change it.

The personality value cannot be changed. Catch lots of Wurmples, or catch a Silcoon/Cascoon speratly if you are really desperate for both.
