I have an EV question!

Ok, I know how to do it, im just wondering if I can go train somewhere where there are realy strong Pokemon and then get their expeirence to where it is about to level up then go battle a Pokemon that I want EV points for. Can someone please help?

the strongest wild pokes you'll find will be inside the Victory Road and/or Deser Underpass in emerald. still, if you fight a poke while your ev's are not filled up, you'll get the evs of the poke you used to level up...

You'll mainly get HP in the desert underpass.

Attack and spped and HP in victory road.

Defence-Sandshrew/Skarmory
Special Attack-Spinda
Special Defence-Tentacool
Speed-Zubat/Golbat

You get 1 EV point for battling on of these.

S.atk: Spinda, Slugma (Rotue 113)
S.def: Swablu, Lotad, Lombre (Rotue 114) (Same for Sapphire)
Spd: Zubat (Alterning Cave)
