i havent got the mission for latios and latias

Its 2 weeks ago when i buy the friend area southern island i doing ALOT of missions but the event didnt start

ive got now diamont rank (when i buy it ive got platium)

and i cleared buried relic and western cave

Why going the event to start????

You need surf which is obtained in a pool of water in solar cave BF 20. After you get it the legendary dogs and Ho-oh will be avaible too.

In het Nederlands: Je hebt surf nodig. Dat krijg je op de 20ste verdieping van de solar cave. Wanneer je surf hebt zul je ook naar Entei Raikou en Suicune (uiteindelijk ook Ho-oh) kunnen.

Either you just have plain bad luck or you just have to do a few random missions.

This type of thing happened before, but the problem was solved when that person recruited Kyogre. Have recruited Kyogre? If not, then do so. It has a 50% recruit rate, and you don't need to have its Friend Area. You get it when you recruit it. Just make sure your team has body size of 2 Stars total.

i havenot unlocked neither of them yet im diamond rank i defeated the three dogs and done buiried relic(i beat ho-oh)i befreined the three birds
