I haven't gotten Buried Relic. pls help

Now i already have beaten stormy sea and the 3 legendary dogs (I dont know if they are really dogs so dont flame me for this) and im on my way to Mt.Faraway but still dont have buried relic.

I already have wyvern hill,southern cavern etc.

Why is this like this? what should i do?

you see your mailbox? it can only hold 4 mails. store all you can, so you can make room for the buried relic mail.

Clear out your mailbox. Pelliper will come the next day. Continue this until you check the mailbox, and automatically, the words Buried Relic Found and stuff like that will come up. Next, talk to Lombre in Pokemon Square. Then talk to Shiftry, who has moved up to the place near where you enter whiscash pond. Go to where you enter it, but don't, and you'll see him on the left.
