Yeah, I believe it's good enough to handle Team Aqua. After that, you'll really need a ground-rock pokemon <Geodude?> or a fire pokemon <Trade?> for the Electric Gym Leader (forgot the name X_X)

That team is really good. Mine was a Lv.18 Marshtomp Lv.17 Kirlia and Lv.15 Mawile but it was a piece of cake beating team magma at the museum.

By experience, Grovyle doesn't need any TMs to be good. He whoops a.s even with Pound and Absorb. Especially by 29 when he gets Leaf Blade, you won't be using much else

Never tried a Ninjask so I wouldn't know their efficiency in the beginning of the game but it seems to be just fine.

This is just me, but in your position, I usually have like a lvl 32 Starter and a lvl 32 filler pokémon prior to Slateport. My latest team at that point was:

Combusken, lvl 32

Quick Attack
Ember
Double Kick
Peck

Manectric, lvl 32

Tackle
Thunder Wave
Spark
Quick Attack

and 4 Zigzagoons who served me as Pickupies and/or HM Slaves.
