I just beat the elite four and i need help.

I just beat the elite four and im making my bf team, i would like to know wheres the best place to train and also whats the best nature for metagross.
Please help me.

I would train in Victory Road if you have any higher lvls. In case, and if they are lower (the Pokemon), fish up Wailmer and Sharpedo in Pacifidlog Town or head to the Sky Pillar.

Thx so i will train in victory road, but can you or someone else tell me the best nature of metagross?

Adamant or Lonely. Both boost its Attack, but Adamant will lower its Special Attack. So if you plan on using a mix of Psychic and physical moves, go with Lonely.
