Water Spout Sucks, since this is 2v2 you can't use Surf so you gotta go Waterfall or Hydro Pump.

OHKOs suck period. Rest-Sleep talk-Roar has been making waves in NetBattle but either way, I don't think Articuno can be all that effective in Ubers. being able to hit the Latis and Rayquaza is nice but the weakness count is a few too many. On top of that he's another Electric weakness.

Psychic sucks versus Ubers since almsot all Ubers are Psychics. I say ditch it (and Sub) for Bolt-Beam.

Even with good special defense this team has a glaring Electric weak, but I don't know nearly enough about Ubers to be able to advise you.

If you can't use same type items, use Petaya/Lum Berry for Kyogre.
