i want some help with my team. i need you to tell me some atts for my pokemon and items
my team:

lugia:aero blast, psycho boost, hydro pump ,earthquake, iteam:left overs

sceptile:dragon claw,giga drain,earthquake,leaf blade, item scope lens

kyogre:hydro pump,thunder,ice beam,water spout,item magnet

groudon:solarbeam,eruption,earthquake,overheat,iteam charcoal

mewtow:ice beam,recover,earthquake,psychic, item twistedspoon

rayquaza:ice beam,fly,earthquake,outrage, item quick claw

i want to take my lugias earthquake for calm mind and aeroblast for recover

I think Lugia should know Aero Blast.

I think this should also be moved.

Items such as Magnet, Twistedspoon and Quick Claw don't work too well =/

I suggest swapping for worthwhile items like Leftovers (or if you can't get multiple Lefties, a Shell Bell). I've also seen Choice Bands on Rayquaza, and while I don't know how it goes (I never use Ray in my teams) it might be worth a shot...
