I need a good MSPaint replacement.

For reasons that I really don't feel like explaining here, my MSPaint no longer works. I need to get a good replacement for it, preferably as close to it as possible. No fancy stuff, please; all that does is confuse and annoy me. I just want a simple image program that I can sprite with.

Well, I'm not sure if this is too fancy for you, but there is a program I use called, "Paint.NET"

Try Googling that.

Well you could download The GIMP. It isn't too simple though and you need to download this GNU liscense and stuff. :\

Not hard. You can always download the Pre-Compiled version and save yourself the hassle. And yeah; Paint.NET is a very nice program. Its a good move for a MSPaint oriented user to work their way into more advanced digital editting tools since the UI is very similar to Paint's.
