Just keep moving battle trainers if your Pokemon are to week just remeber your path and go to a Pokemon Center then come back.

o nvm, it don tell u, o well, just don give up, and memorize the places u alrdy been to :D

Here is a guide!
In the first room, the hole on the left goes to the next area. In the next area go into the only other hole. After that, enter the hole at the upper-left hand corner. Go to the only other hole. Then go to the hole to your left, then to the upper-right. After, that, it's the only other hole, and then the lower-right. Go down to the single hole, and finally you'll meet the gym leader.
