Well I just bed Rayquaza and I can't evolve. How does I get my partner to go to her Freind Area?

Either go into the menu,click team,click on your partner and click stand by or go to a mission and before u depart from your base u get a little scene. After that u can evolve.

Go try do an optional mission. Your partner will stop you and explain you about it. Otherwise just complete and optional mission, and your partner will go to its Friend Area after you clear that dungeon.
