I just want to know some information on Feebs?

I want to know some information on catching him, Please i need him really badly.

I already know to use a Super Rod.

P.S: What is the best Phrase in Dewford to use for his location change.

Actually, you should use the Old Rod when Feebas Hunting. Make sure to check each square about 3 times. Changing the trendy phrase will just change the Feebas squares, so don't worry about messing with it, just look for Feebas.
