I need help for Elite 4 (LG)

Someone suggested that I get Alakazam or Gengar.. but I can't use them since I have to beat the Elite 4 so that I can trade to my Sapphire... So what other 2 Pokémon do you suggest for the Elite 4?

I have Blastoise, Jolteon, Kangaskhan, Chansey, Fearow and Rapidash. I was thinking of replacing Rapidash with Magmar. I want to get rid of Kangaskhan and Rapidash.

Kangaskhan:Normal
Chansey:Normal
Fearow:Flying
Rapidash:Fire

You should keep Rapidash and Kanghaskhan

Also if your gonna replace anybody replace it with Abra and train it to Kadabra or get Gengar

I never really liked to train 1 more of the same type


Jolteon uses ThunderBolts on the first of the elite four
Fearow can beat the second one(except for his onixs)
Blastoise can beat some pokemon like some of garys(exeguatorr)
Rapidash is the same as blastoise
Chansey wont do anything
And Alakazam will tear down Agtha's Ghost Pokemon
Teach Blastoise Ice Beam and that will beat the dragons
Gary is of course the hardest but you should be able to defeat him

I recommend getting like 10 full restores and 10 revives


So i say... get rid of chansey and put Kadabra or Alakzam thats my advice

Replace Chansey with Abra and train it then get it to Alakazam and a high lvl It will help alot

What is your chansey used for?

Your team is fine, but you really should take out rapidash for a alakazam or gengar because they will help you with agatha alot

They can't, the only game they have to trade with is Sapphire thus they have to beat the elite four. I suppose you could use Kadabra and Haunter, they wouldn't be as good but it's still doable.

Anothe decent option would be to train a Exeggutor and teach it Psychic, Solarbeam, Sunny Day and whatever else you feel like.

Just some suggestions.

Cackle, what are you talking about? Kadabra and Gengar are completely different types and Chansey is one of the better Pokemon out there (becoming even better as Blissey). Uhh....wtf?

I'd suggest Arbok or Weezing or both. They can be very effective, but get rid of Chansey. Unless you plan on evolving it, it's pretty much useless against the E4.

You've got 3 normal type pokemon there. They'll be killed by Bruno. Take out one of them (but not fearow, since he/she is part flying) and replace it with either Alakazam or Gengar. I think Gengar, since it can wipe the floor with Alakazam.

I know that but Gengar can learn psychic and can wipe the floor with Alakazam making it better

And you cant evolved Chansey till you beat the elite four and normal types aren't good against bruno.
Besides Chansey is excellent when it evolved to Blissy but since it cant there you go.

Anyway get Haunter or Kadabra i chose Kadabra

I'd use and electric pokemon like Raichu, then maybe a flying type like Pidgeot or Fearow or a psychic type like Kadabra (or Alakazam), and get some pokemon like Persian in there or Arcanine for their dark-type Bite and Faint-attacks. I'd also get a Dratini and get it to evolve into a Dragonite and teach it Ice Beam, Fly, Wing Attack, and Twister, or some of those attacks at least. Maybe Earthquake, too, instead of Wing Attack. But I'd definately make sure your pokemon are above level 60, or at least at that level. Lance is really hard. In my opinion, Gary is easier, even when I was wiped out from Lance. I have like 2 pokemon left and they were at half-health and I still beat Gary.

For Lorelei:

Bring and fast electric-type. All he pokes will go down in 1-2 T-bolts if you are at a good level. Jynx is b*tch, but use Poke Flute to wake up.

For Bruno:

If you have Venusaur, OHKO the Onix's with any grass attack. Use a psychic-type to kill the fighters.

For Agatha:

Psychic-type will kill her. Make sure it's a fast psychic-type though. She seemed to outrun my Kadabra alot of the time. Look out for Sludge Bomb!!

For Lance:

Electric-type for Aerodactly and Gyrados, Ice attack for the Dragonaires and Dragonite.

For Rival:

Bring alot of every type to counter his variant team. :p
