Don't replace Weezing with Donphan, because that's the only thing on your team that keeps you from getting 6-0ed by Heracross. Speaking of Weezing, with max HP it will be able to take hits better, than with max Def.

Also, for future reference, use the /ubers off command. That way you won't get challanges from people who have ubers on their teams.

Endure-Rev Blaziken is too reliant on what your opponent doesnt have (TTar or Quick Attack/Mach Punch, ditch it for the special sweeper:

Can't remember the Evs on it but something like Max Special Attack with Modest with enough speed for 240 and soem Attack.
