Alright, as well all know you can obviously trade from previous games like FR, LG, Sapphire, Ruby, and Emerald. But how do you trade from D to P, or P to D? Since both slots on the DS are different sizes. Obviously one game can't go in the Advance slot!;078;

Yes you can, You just need 2 DS'es and I think it's via infrared then. Just like Fire Red & Leaf Green had.

You can trade via wireless or wi-fi you just need to have two ds and 2 copies of d/p.

Its like linking up with your friend on your GBA, but you to the Pokemon center, and it's just like GBA trading, using the DS's internal wireless communications (bluetooth?)

So, I've heard of the PokePal park, though can you trade back to E/R/S/FR/LG? I haven't heard that it's possible. Also, how does the WiFi work (not to steal your thread or anything) with trades.

It's not Bluetooth. The DS has two different wireless communications:
1. Short-Range Wireless, between 2 or more DS'(up to 4 I believe). You must be in the same room and it does not use the internet at all.

2.Wi-Fi(short for wireless internet),a wireless net connection between 2 DS'(maybe more). This obviously uses the internet.

Both can be used for trading & battling in D/P.

The DS could go up to 16(or 8) I think. Would be pretty crappy if the Wireless adapter for the GBA could support more people. And it's a range of 32 feet(although I dont know why you would ve 32 feet apart) while the GBA wireless adapter was only 10 feet

If people had atleast a little bit of common sense threads like this wouldnt apear. Maybe the occasional "I cant get wifi to work" threads, but asking how to trade between 2 versions of the game when all games have been able to do it? You must either be stupid, spamming, or have no common sense.
