I need help training!

I need ways to help train my pokemon in Emerald. I only got an Emerald and a Sapphire. I also got 3 Lucky Eggs. Here is my Battle Frontier team:

;003; - lvl 50
;006; - lvl 50
;260; - lvl 5

Should I make them Stronger or should I leave them this way?

How'd you get a Lv 5 Swampert?

I'd raise them to level 100 but I have mine to Lv 80.

i think he accidently clicked 5 instead of 50. i think i would keep them but that's just me

You can just keep them at L50,since there is a L50 mode. If you want,you can train them up,too.It doesn't matter in the BF,just make sure your three pokemon levels are the same.

If you still need to EV train them, just do so against the weakest enemies possible, use Vitamins, and if possible, Pokérus and/or Macho Brace. You're done, stick 'em in a Box and take 'em back out again. That'll work, I think.

Ya, always give you pokemon some vitamins for evs. Then train my fighting from there. But it depends what you want for the pokemon. wethere for the BF or E4

One way to train fast is to use the vitamin (on like a level 5 pokemon that has the right nature you want) then trade with a lucky egg (or not) then train with the macho brace. After that hook on the egg and rampage through the elite 4. Use rare candies if you want. You wouldn't believe how fast my Anorith became a level 100 Armaldo.

The best place to train for levels is in victory road, but if you need help in ev training read here...

Either 50 or 51, it doesn't matter. The Battle Frontier allows you to use any pokemon that is above 50, expect the legendieres.

Just keep battling Gabby and Ty. Use the amulet coin too.
