if you're on about the balcony after the safari room (the big boo boss arena) you need to find a key. to find this you have to go and seach every room and suck every nook and cramy of that room.

oh i know ive completed this game 100% but that was so long ago i cant remember now, i dont have lugis mansion anymore cos i traded it in it was the first game i got for my game cube but once you complete it theres nothing to do

Besides beat 'Hidden Mansion' mode... now that's a challenge after the second boss... stupid elemental ghosts.

Just Vaccum up 20 Boo Ghosts and then that should make the ghost go away and your on your way
